Want to serve/sell our bread in your store or restaurant? We deliver five days a week throughout Amador County. We also wholesale our morning pastries!

Because we make our products by hand and the fermentation of some doughs start two to three days before you receive the finished goods, we need to have your order a day or two in advance. You can establish a "standing order" that is relatively stable, or you can call in your order a day before delivery.

Deadline for Orders/Changes:
Pastries & Bread- 3 p.m. the day before delivery.
Sourdough Breads- 9 p.m. three days before the day of delivery.  For example, 9 p.m. on Tuesday for Friday delivery (Wed for Sat and Thur for Sun).
