About Us

Andrae's Bakery is a family owned and operated bakery in the gold country of the Sierra Nevada foothills.  We specialize in handcrafted, hearth baked breads and fresh pastries.   Amador City is located 45 miles east of Sacramento on historic Highway 49.  We are in close proximity to wineries, outdoor recreation, and shopping.  Amador County has been named one of the top ten places to visit and stay in the world.

Retail Sales Position

Part Time to Full Time (32 hours a week), Thursday to Sunday

Description:  Helping customers in a face pace, demanding environment.

Baker Assistant

Part Time,  Wednesday and Thursday (to start) plus more during the holiday months

Description:  Scratch baking of bread and pastries working as an assistant to the head baker.  Responsible for the prep of pastries, scaling/shaping doughs, etc.  Some kitchen experience required.  We are willing to train the right person who is energetic, multitasked, and dependable.  Graveyard shift.  Pay DOE.
